Diet doctor Michael Mosley urges intermittent fasting




A new diet book (The Fast Diet: The Secret of Intermittent Fasting - Lose Weight, Stay Healthy, Live Longeris suggesting that the best way to lose weight is to eat normally for five days a week, but 
to fast for two.
Dr Michael Mosley says he lost 19lbs over two and a half months by following the diet.
